Fresh install check

Install the whole repo as given in readme , test if GUI things are working first , then latter also check a bit of CLI (they are depricated old scripts , but still try them before submistion)

docs import issue fixed
plotter and Instrumenet scanner need fixing

plotter and scanner path fix , seems to working fine in fresh install

fresh run of GUI is successful , everything seems fines, utilities and docs both available and , all modules running smoothly.
