Align the native design-binding wording with the shared contract

Problem

The Apple design guide uses lowercase human interface guidelines and describes Roku as tokens with general put.io conventions. The shared binding contract names the Human Interface Guidelines and the Roku combination of shared tokens with SceneGraph conventions.

Acceptance

• Use the canonical Human Interface Guidelines name
• Describe the Roku tier as shared tokens plus SceneGraph conventions
• Preserve the native rule: tokens and platform-native controls, never web component recipes
• Run mise run verify

keeping this issue limited to its two existing native-guide corrections; the
issues are related but neither blocks or absorbs the other.
