Problem with Pandas 2.0.3 #7

Hello Tristan,
While working on RADwave with my class, we noticed that the wa.computeSeasonalCharacteristics fails. This is most likely due to a conflict with pandas 2.0.3, as downgrading to 1.5.3 solves the issue. Maybe you want to fix that in the requirements file.
