Account Recovery Request – Lost 2FA Access

Reason for request

Hello PyPI Support Team,

I’m opening this issue to request help with recovering access to my PyPI account, as I have permanently lost access to my two-factor authentication (2FA) device.

Account details:

Email associated with the account: parhamfakhari.nab2020@gmail.com

What happened

I reset/changed my phone and authentication app, and as a result I lost access to my 2FA codes. I also no longer have any recovery codes available. Because of this, I am currently unable to log in.

Additional important notes

I still have full access to the email address linked to my account.

I have never uploaded any packages on this account, so I cannot provide upload history, file hashes, or release metadata.

I am willing to provide any additional proof of ownership that may be required.

Please let me know what verification steps I need to follow so that you can safely disable 2FA or restore access to my account.
