Reasons for the request
I am trying to claim the Empathy package name which I understood was approved for transfer to my organization SmartAI-Memory. I am Patrick Roebuck. I went online and closed the request. It was my understanding this was needed for me to get to publish to the Empathy package name instead of the Empathy-Framwork. But nothing has happened and I am worried that I may have done something wrong. If I did can you help me fix the problem? I really want to do this right.

Empathy-Framework is the current name of the existing library. The one I hope to publish in it's place is Empathy.
