Cannot verify email / stuck in verification loop

Reason for request

I recently created a new PyPI account with the username fix and the email address fixdot@gmail.com.

However, I am completely stuck in a verification loop:

• I receive the “Verify your email address” email.
• When I click the verification link, I am redirected to the login page.
• Logging in fails because the email is still unverified.
• The verification link never completes the verification process.
• I also cannot reset my password because the email is unverified.

As a result, I cannot log in, cannot verify my email, and cannot proceed with my account setup.

Could you please manually verify my email address or unlock the account?

Your PyPI username is fixdot not fix. That username belongs to someone else. Thanks for confirming your email address. A password reset has been issued for your account.
