[QNN] AttributeError: SM8735. Did you mean: 'SM8350'?

🐛 Describe the bug

why are chips like SM8735(Snapdragon 8s Gen 4) not supported ?. The s series chips also have the Htp and Qualcomm AI Hub functionality(according to the product page).

As far as i can tell, the SM8735 has the same HtpArch(HtpArch.V79), All the 's' series chips seem to share the HtpArch with the 'elite' series chips(but smaller)

Are there plans to support these ?. if not would i realistically be able to support them myself(as the QNN_SDK supports these already, i would like to know if adding support for these 's' series chips might be as simple as adding entries to the enums, tables)

based on this PR, i should be able to add support, but i am not sure if the support for 's' series chips requires a different approach

The Snapdragon 8s Gen4 chip does not seem to be supported by thew QNN AI SDK at the moment, so the PR will probably fail supported devices

not sure if the list is incomplete or the support is pending
