Refactor “About React Kolkata” section for better UX and readability

The “About React Kolkata” and “What We Do” sections need some UI/UX improvements. The layout and content are clear but can be made more engaging and easier to read.

Things to improve:

• Make the cards look more uniform and balanced.
• Add better spacing between sections (“About” and “What We Do”).
• Add hover effects or small animations to make the cards feel interactive.
• Improve text readability — shorten long sentences and use consistent font sizes.
• Use proper color contrast for dark mode accessibility.
• Add CTA (like “Join the community” or “Attend our next meetup”) at the end to guide users(that can scroll down to the below event section)
• Each card can be a reusable React component instead of hardcoded blocks.
• Make sure the layout is responsive for all screen sizes.

Optional enhancements:

• Add light motion (fade-in or slide-up) for cards.
• Include links or buttons where it makes sense (like Meetups, Mentorship, Open Source).

Goal:

Make the “About” section more user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent with the overall site design.
