Add Player Mute (ignore) to Chat UI

Add individual Player Mute to Chat UI by using /ignore playername
The best approach might be adding a right-click option on a text message from the player, who should be muted (ignored).
The muted players should be somewhere stored in the chat ui so that with a second click, they can be unmuted.
