Language Support for Java(TM) by Red Hat - JUnit 4 support deprecation date?

Read in some forum that Language Support for Java(TM) by Red Hat will deprecate support for Junit4.
If so by when exactly, do we have a date in mind, because based on that we need to prioritise and upgrade our projects.
Could not find any official documentation on this though... any help is appreciated!

Test support, (eg. JUnit 4) support comes from https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-java-test . I'm not aware of any plans to deprecate it in JDT, and definitely not there either. As long as JDT continues to support it, I don't a reason to drop that support.
