Add hover tooltips to the filmstrip block strip in the Experiment Designer. When hovering over a condition or phase block, show a tooltip with:
- Condition ID
- Number of commands
- Key command details (pattern name, duration, plugin commands)
This would let users quickly scan experiment structure without clicking into each block.
Context
The lane view below the filmstrip already shows command structure visually, but hovering over individual blocks for a text summary would complement it — especially when zoomed out and the lane markers are small.
