Remake apps should be installable as PWAs (Progressive Web Apps)

A little more research needs to be done here, but if we can generate a manifest file (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Manifest) and some default icons, I think that's all we need to make every Remake app a PWA.

Hey @panphora, this means for every template we give, we need to add a manifest.json file(in app/ directory) here and link that file here, Am I right. And we need to somehow instruct the user beforehand to make necessary changes(if they require) to manifest.json file
