Reduce landing page load times and network usage by losslessly optimising & lazy-loading images (#1061)
* Lazy load logos * Extract png that was base64 encoded in Instapainting logo's SVG * Optimise SVGs with svgo * Use actual Vite SVG instead of base64 encoded png * Use loading=lazy on all PNGs below the fold * Run oxipng on all PNGs * Lazy load community images
