fragment links in the config options page

Right now there's no way to copy paste a fragment link for the config options page, maybe this is something we just need to configure in the plugin we use to show the config options schema? cc @gvdongen @nikrooz

What do you mean by fragment link and which config options are you talking about?
Do you mean creating a link to one of the options in this reference? https://docs.restate.dev/references/server_config#configuration-reference
