Severe flickering and rendering errors or rendering failures

After upgrading my Windows 11 ARM64 device to the 25H2 update, this bug appeared. It persists even after updating Notepad3 to its latest version.

- Process is not elevated
- User is in Admin-Group.
- Locale -> en-US (CP:'ANSI (CP-936)')
- Current Encoding -> 'Unicode (UTF-8)'
- Dark-Mode enabled -> YES
- Screen-Resolution -> 2880 x 1920 [pix]
- Display-DPI -> 192 x 192  (Scale: 200%).
- Rendering-Technology -> 'DIRECT-WRITE'
- Zoom -> 100%.
- Current Lexer -> 'Shell Script'

I suspect this may be due to lack of support for arm64 systems. However, I was able to use Notepad3 normally in the 24H2 version. I have not yet tested whether the same issue occurs on x64 devices.

The process below demonstrates the entire bug sequence, including my attempts to replace four different rendering libraries. However, the issue persists, and each replacement produces distinct bug effects.

Finally, Notepad3 has been with me for years, and I hope this bug can be fixed.
