Reorganise the code

Reorganise the code.

1. Make new packages so all AutoReferee files are in an autoreferee package
2. Split up the main AutoReferee file into smaller files, where possible.
3. ARGuiMenu class so comment

Also add a general AutoRefereeGuiMenu class from which all other ARMenu's inherit. (for easier checking if ARMenu is active + for some better key handling)
