SwipeView in DataTemplate

Describe the bug
If you have SwipeViews as items and swipe one, other items are also swiped.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior in attached repro:

1. Swipe second item from left to right
2. Scroll down the list
3. See error
