Message Manager

Easy question to which I can't find an easy answer.....how do I initiate and use Message Manager?

I don't see any option to enable it anywhere.

Is it still availabe or do I have to install something in addition to Dash Panel?

See the wiki for full instructions, but just add /messageManager.html to the URL. There isn't a way to get there from the main pages.
