List local node wallets API #8
Description
When the node starts it uses pre-defined wallets with the ETH balances
It looks like anvil and hardhat have different wallets so the solution would be
- Find a way to query these wallets' respective private keys
- Generate and pre-populate private keys as a parameter for the node
