gem list -r, gem info -r, gem search -r decode the token to the real platform via the platform: field, never display the hash, and add a Ruby ABI column.

Local files / errors — any output or error message should likewise decode and show the real platform rather than the hash.

We should also support --ruby-abi in gem yank

Follow-up: avoid fetching CA platform/Ruby ABI metadata for unscoped remote list/search commands.

Even with the extra metadata lookup deferred until after filtering, unscoped commands like:

gem list -r
gem search -r

can still return every gem. In that path, checking platform/Ruby ABI details could mean making one info/<gem> request per CA gem name to inspect the Ruby ABI/platform metadata, which would be a performance issue on a large index.
