redirect not working for juggernaut?

juggernaut (a websocket server push framework) has a redirect configured to go to the deprecation blog post for the library by the author, but hitting http://juggernaut.rubyforge.org still returns a 404 page suggesting to make a new issue, so something isn't working. The code also lives at https://github.com/maccman/juggernaut so we could redirect there instead.

Thanks for this, and the other new issues, @h-lame. Unfortunately the redirect config hasn't yet been deployed to the rubycentral infrastructure, which is why this redirect isn't working as expected. We'll chase it up.
