`miri` no longer builds after rust-lang/rust#58495

Hello, this is your friendly neighborhood mergebot.
After merging PR #58495, I observed that the tool miri no longer builds.
A follow-up PR to the repository https://github.com/solson/miri is needed to fix the fallout.

This is just a test to ensure issue creation does work (although miri is really broken).
