Cannot install nightly-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc'

Just installed Rust on my 64-bit Windows 10 laptop.

$ rustup show
Default host: x86_64-pc-windows-msvc

stable-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc (default)
rustc 1.31.1 (b6c32da9b 2018-12-18)

My rustup version is

$ rustup version
rustup 1.16.0 (beab5ac 2018-12-06)

Now I want to switch the toolchain to msvc 64 nightly.

$ rustup default nightly

It fails, unfortunately.
