Automatic user.js detection

Detect user.js at roots of repositories and add them to the nyoom config

Heya! Just discovered the project and I really like it! Sorry for piggybacking this issue, but in that regard, what do you think about detecting if there already exists a user.js file or not (and create a blank one if it doesn't)?

The only issue I had was because I had no user.js file and nyoom kept giving errors about accessing it ^^

@g0dkar Thanks for bringing this to my attention! (Although I would've preferred your opening another issue for this bug.) I've fixed this in 29f22f1 and it should be published in a release shortly.
