I put a mechanical bearing on a sublevel with slime blocks in front of it to rotate CBC shells for a cannon design. When I was touching the slime blocks and a sequenced gearshift made the bearing spin 90 degrees, I was teleported millions of blocks away, causing my game to freeze and forcing me to exit. When I went back into the world, it lost some of the last save data before I had touched the bearing. I also noticed that when another entity, a bat, was touching the slime blocks and it rotated in the same way, it caused a massive lag spike but not a game freeze. I recorded a clip of the game freeze happening.
