[Bug]: QSTile shows already added (OEM Specific: iQoo)

Bug Description

My phones's OS glitches sometime, like i edited QS Tiles section to add a new tile, and it just removed the 3rd party QS Tile by Essentials.

That's fine, because i can go to Essentials -> QS Tiles -> Add Any Tile, but when i tried to do that, the app showing me already added.

Now i can't add that tile again, using the app, because the app saying it's already added.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open notification center
2. Click on edit icon
3. Boom 💥 you've just removed every 3rd party QS Tile.

Expected Behavior

It should add that tile, as i can't see it in control center and also can't see in edit section.

Additional Context

I think you can't reproduce it because it's just happening on my iQoo 12's OriginOS Global. I don't know if the app detect whether the QS Tile is already exists in control center or not.

I think this might be an issue to be reported at the bug tracker of this OS as this is not expected behavior. Plus you should be able to add tiles from the tile edit view (at least in AOSP you can)

Yeah, i tried to add the tile from tile edit view, but i can't see it there, so i thought it should be a glitch where Essentials can't know that the QS Tile is already added or not.

And Vivo/iQoo doesn't care about their user's ( specially outside china ), we have tried submitting many glitches that happened only with iQOO devices, but no response, no solutions.

Even they adds more bugs to the OS 😑 like they're creating bugs to solve later.

The same issue happening with every QS Tile in Essentials.

like add a tile from the app -> then remove it from control center -> try adding it again from app.

You'll see it's saying already added, if it's happening with you too, then it's a glitch, if not then it's an OS level bug, no solutions 😑

Since the QS are handled by the SystemUI, try giving it a restart from the Essentials settings (may need shizuku) and see if that fixes or resets the tiles for the app.
