[Bug]: Sound Mode Quicktile: no Silent option on P9P

Bug Description

The Sound Mode QuickTile does not work as describes in the app:

Filed as bug because the description of the feature doesn't match the feature.. hope that makes sense.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Sound Mode quicktile
2. Toggle the tile. Notice DND turning on and verify the actual status using volume buttons.
3. Notice there is no Silent option. And when DND is on, the sound mode will be in its previous state (Sound on or Vibrate).

Expected Behavior

Expected: to toggle just like the Pixel toggle above the vertical volume bar, that triggers when the hardware volume buttons are used: Vibrate, Silent, Ring. This also matches the description in Essentials.

Actual behaviour: the QuickTile toggles between Vibrate, DND Mode, Ring.

DND Mode is something completely different from Silent:

1. DND disables notifications
2. DND will let all sound/vibration notifications and ringtone come through from Favourite contacts.
3. It leads to inconsistency with the default Sound toggle above the volume bar (see screenshots).

I just found an app that tries to solve this issue, by automatically creating a separate Mode
This way it doesn't get confused by a user for DND: no Favourite contacts come through, also, it still allows for visual notifications on screen, just like "Silent" in the Pixel toggle above the volume bar:

Hi! This is a known limitation of the provided Android APIs where even tho we pick the silent mode, this is what the system does. There's no way to actually trigger silent mode.

Since you mentioned the custom mode, I have looked into this but didn't use quite yet as we got other features linked to the custom mode. I will see if I can merge all the logic related to our existing custom mode so it works as expected.

Otherwise I don't need to accidentally mute user's notifications if they use the wallpaper dim or other features.

Thats the nice thing about that other app: it creates a custom mode that only mutes. It does not do all those other features, it leaves wallpaper dim untouched, it leaves visual notifications untouched, it mutes all contacts.

So perhaps when this tile is enabled, a specific mode, just for this tile, could be created. And when the tile is disabled, this mode is removed again? Not to interfere with the existing custom mode, and to make it very easy for users of Essential to enable this tile.

Yes this I need to try again, the last time I tried, I was not able to create multiple modes per app. Probably a bug during beta but I need to give another try.
