Could it generate a complete figure?

Thank you very much for your visual tool! It works really well with standard aligning methods like clustal-omega. Could you provide an option to export the whole alignment as a figure? I think this will help those who want to show how the alignment works. Thank you again!

Thanks for the suggestion, and apologies for the slow reply - I haven't been monitoring the issues. We made a bunch of changes - including SVG download - and just pushed the new website.

Note that only the sequences being viewed at the time of download are included in the SVG - otherwise the file has the potential to be way too large. The bar plots that are visible are also added. There are probably more optimizations that could be applied to increase the number of sequences, but as coded right now I think this should catch most use cases.
