[Feature Request] Improve the EchoKit server SKILL Docs

What the current SKILLs support

1. Prompt configuration (system prompt + basic behavior)
2. ASR / TTS / LLM configuration (provider setup and parameters)
3. Local EchoKit server run (bootstrapping and running locally)

What we still need

1. More provider templates (ASR / TTS / LLM)
   Expand the template library here:
   https://github.com/second-state/echokit_server/tree/main/.claude/skills/echokit-config-generator/platforms

2. End-to-end model templates
   Take Gemini Live as an example

3. More server example templates
   Add more real-world example configs here:
   https://github.com/second-state/echokit_server/tree/main/.claude/skills/echokit-config-generator/examples

4. A better system prompt generator
   Improve prompt scaffolding (role, tools, safety, style, and task-specific presets), ideally with selectable presets and validation.
