[feature request] settings for menu size, columns

I'd like to be able to optionally set the height of the menu (in px, probably) and also to have an option to have the menu populate columns instead of a scrollable list.

If columns were implemented, an option to always keep disabled extensions in their own column(s) would also be handy.

Thanks for the work on the extension - it's a massive time saver/hassle minimiser, which is always appreciated.
