Replace pycrypto with pycryptodome

PyCrypto has been in the public archive since 2022 (https://github.com/pycrypto/pycrypto). A replacement for this is pycryptodome.

According to https://www.pycryptodome.org/src/introduction this is as easy as switching out the requirement in the setup.py.

Edit: I haven't verified this so far for this project.

I disagree:

1. The provided workaround only works when the --no-deps flag is given.
2. PyCrypto is vulnerable, out of date and abandoned. As such, it deserves to be dropped.
3. While for most cases, pycryptodrome is a drop-in replacement, it is not always the case, and as such, again, PyCrypto should be dropped.
4. Many distros don't ship PyCrypto anymore, and as such, installing the dependencies from RPMs is not possible.
