Sorry for replying late. We generated the MetalSet using layout-generator (github.com/phdyang007/layout-generator), and got the ViaSet, StdMetal, and StdContact from the layouts generated by the OpenROAD tool (https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenROAD). The layouts are in the gds format. You may use these tools to create similar data (and even more).
