Problem
Some features I'd like it to have.

Proposed solution

1. Ability to import backup/restore the imports and exports from Syncthing-fork
2. Able to exit from notification, say an exit button.
3. Search icon doesn't really fit the vibe. Needs some flat minimal icon.
4. Transition animation between the different tabs like folders, devices, etc.
5. A floating exit button on the homescreen.

Especially number 1 would be awesome. Being able to backup and restore the app's config should be mandatory for an app like this. Otherwise, you would always get a new device fingerprint and have to re-pair with other devices and re-setup the folders, every time you uninstall the app.

Being able to import the settings from the fork would be a nice bonus.

Wow, that was quick.

I tested it. It works as expected but it doesn't happen fully automatic. It didn't want to start syncing and when I checked a folder, there was a message stating that the storage access was revoked and has to be regranted. If you click on the message, you can choose a folder but when I choose the right folder, a popup states that it is the wrong folder.

I checked a few things and found out, that I manually have to give the app the android permission to the file system. After that it worked right-a-way without resetup the folders.

tldr: after restoring the app, we just have to grant the right permission. IMO, the app should ask for the permission because a use can't know this.
In any way, from a functional view everything works as expected and this is really nice. Thanks a lot.

Edit:
Even though everything syncs fine now and shows 100%, the red re-grant access banner is still there on on every folder.

Seems like this did the trick. As far as I can tell, everything works as it should.
