Show percentage progress on scanning

Thank you for your work! It's a small issue and one more hygienic than important:)

Problem
I would like to see what is the progress of scanning folders just like I can see using web ui.

Proposed solution
Show % sign next to "Scanning":

This is a fair request, I have introduced some performance improvements in :

• android: use external storage permission alongside SAF #26
• android: improve walking through gigabytes of data #23
  Multi GB folder syncs should be pretty quick now.
  I'll add support for sync percentage in the coming days.
