Look into calling rate limits and where to host them #809
Description
In reviewing a few competitors, i noticed a lot of them list out concurrency limitations for Voice. I know we are on a freeze until migration is done but something i wanted to flag as I think it would be useful to have available for customers. I found the <https://developer.signalwire.com/platform/basics/general/signalwire-rate-limits/#voice|Rate Limit> doc but it doesnt go as in depth.
