Wrong clock frequency, conflict between stated frequency and cycle time. #4

The commonly stated clock speed for the Cray-1 is 80MHz not 100MHz. Also the cycle time of 4ns doesn't fit to a 100MHz clock speed since it's 2.5x faster.
