How can i use this api?

i'm trying to send a sms but in the code there's a line where the code says: "your-token-here".
what is that? or what else do i need to do?
can anyone help me?

You can find that in your account (web), 'Settings' panel. there's a section with a label "API Token". Copy that and place in the provided space.
