Change repo name to reflect `ROS1` images

We added ROS1 Images in #3, this slightly conflicts with the repo name, I would prefer to rename the repo name to DockerForROSDevelopment, along with the following changes

• Change all image.source tags

  Line 13 in 4563cb6

  LABEL org.opencontainers.image.source="https://github.com/soham2560/DockerForROS2Development"

• Put a note in readme with the relevant changes
• Put issues in other derivative repos as well to change the same

Note: The repo name can be done by a maintainer, but rest is doable by a good-first-issueer!
