feature request: selecting branches in sidebar should select matching commits

Currently SourceGit has this behavior:

• When selecting one commit in the sidebar SourceGit selects the matching commit in the history.
• If you select multiple branches, only the first branch is selected in the commit history.

My desired behavior:

SourceGit should select all commits (if possible from filtering).

Achived improvement:

Users can then easily diff branches by selecting them in the sidebar. SourceGit can already diff commits when selecting two in the commit history. But you have to search for the commits of the branches in the history manually.
