Spaced exits during bitcoind initialization.

Quite frequently I have the following behaviour:

1. by some reason bitcoind exits
2. bitcoind restarts and reinitializes
3. during bitcoind reinitialization spaced exits

Of course this could be managed using various administrative tools, but it might be not the right spaced behaviour in the first place and can be fixed.

I thought it has been fixed in release v0.0.5, but it's not the case.
