Subject: [PATCH] kernel: a config with erofs builds

The build refused CONFIG_EROFS_FS=y outright, which stopped an
experimental kernel for a read-only base image on virtio-pmem from
building at all. Whether the release's kernel carries erofs is the
config's decision; the build no longer makes it.
