Describe the bug
otel shop helm chart changed some key names and we need to update workshop/otel-contrib-splunk-demo/opentelemetry-demo-values.yaml to use the new key names and dns entries
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Follow instructions in the contrib demo readme and see that the service map in o11y is incorrect and the loadgen is throwing 100% errors
Expected behavior
load gen not generating 100% errors. Complete service map in o11y
