I saw your paper which mentioned the following:

Leveraging the R package Xeva (Mer et al. 2019) (version 1.18.0), we extracted gene expression and PDX-related drug response data for erlotinib.

I tried to use Xeva but couldn't find how to extract the gene expression data. Could you please share the script to get it?
