Operation	Description
`CreateAttestor`	CreateAttestor stores a new attestor under projects/{project}/attestors/
`DeleteAttestor`	DeleteAttestor removes an attestor by its full resource name.
`GetAttestor`	GetAttestor returns an attestor by its full resource name.
`GetIamPolicy`	GetIamPolicy returns the attestor's stored IAM policy (an empty, versioned
