Build verification for prod contracts

I don't see a reference to build verification in the skill files. Would a contribution that adds pointers to SEP-55 and soroban-build-workflow be welcome?

Just checking before I open a PR. I'd like to add it here because in SCF we see a lot of missed opportunities when it comes to build verification. We're thinking of making it mandatory for certain kinds of contracts that are funded through SCF.

We can discuss here what the expectations are for build verification, e.g. for all contracts or only for user-facing ones.

Any expectations to take into account?

If nobody can point at downsides, I'm inclined to keep the instruction as simple as possible and avoid any confusion that may arise when making build verification conditional on the "user-facingness" of a contract.
