v4.5 with nova 4 can't render interface due to a frontend error

v4.3 worked fine with nova 4, v4.4 was not marked as compatible, now v4.5 should be. However, it can't render the interface due to a frontend issue:

As far as I can see this was introduced in v4.4 at #43, https://github.com/kiritokatklian/nova-command-runner/blob/0686e53f6b0fd319f8f8f0f98c721cbc16549017/resources/js/pages/Tool.vue#L309.
