"Firefox View" from Main Menu Bar Tools Menu

Please someone share how to remove that "Firefox View" item
All other aspects of Simple Menu Wizard are excellent!

Application Menu -> More Tools -> Customize Toolbar

Once again, Need CSS to remove item from Menu Bar --> Tool Menu, NOT talking about the Toolbar.
