[Feature] Add full amounts for suggested tips with .tipOnCardReader() #265

Related Problem
When the amount is low (less than 10 euros) with .tipOnCardReader() , suggested tips are in percentage, this does not seem intuitive for the customer
Proposed Solution
Doing the same as the official SumUp Android App with the feature "Smart tip", when the amount is less than 10 euros, suggested tips are in full amount (0,5€, 1€, 2€ ... )
Alternatives Considered
Letting customize the form/amounts of the suggested tips from the SDK (percentages or full amounts)
