Consider dropping php7.1 support #19
Description
According to the PHP version life cycle, the php-7.1 and php-7.2 versions are unsupported now. And php-7.3 will be unsupported soon.
IMHO, I think we should let this package require and define "php": "^7.1|^8.0", on composer.json so that it can let this package support active PHP versions.
