No ability to show custom previews

There doesn't seem to be a way to show custom previews when previewing a file.

Wondering if this functionality is being considered or not? In case of text files, I'd like to preview the content if possible

If you mean Filemanager currently, there is no built-in feature to display custom previews when previewing files. We can write this up as a feature request to consider adding custom preview capabilities in future updates.
